After installing a cam, you usually get a tune. You will get misfires after a cam install. The tuner should be able to take care of all of that.

Why are you running TR6 plugs with just a heads and cam car? TR6's are usually used in N20 and forced induction set ups.

I would get a tune, and ask the tuner about your plugs. They might recommend going to TR55's gapped to .055.

My car is cammed and I run the TR55's at .055

Are the misfires at idle and low RPM or all the way through the RPM range? What is the overlap on your cam? Misfire codes are not uncommon with a cam and as previously stated the misfire detection can be shut off at the lower engine speeds to prevent it.

I would check the basics. Check to make sure all the plug wires or on all the way, check to make sure all of the plugs have gap, check to see if all injectors are connected. last is there a SES light on?

Any possibility you didn't get the timing dots lined up right during the install?
