Well, you can sometimes achieve both, but you are either most likely gonna have a dyno queen or a track machine. Since you have 4.10 gears it should allow you to get a bigger duration cam, so that is a plus if you need to go that route. I am assuming that you are gonna want some sort of driveability out of this car though.
I would have to say the 228/232 .588/.595 110 if I had to pick and it was going to be a track car for the most part.

Defentially not the first cam.
2nd cam will be very good overall and should have nice driveability, but will lack some power and track times vs some of the other cams. Not much but from the looks of it your looking for the most power even if it's only 10HP on avarage more.
3rd and 4th are about the same. I would go 4 over 3 myself just because I feel the extreem ramp rate on the exhaust isn't needed.
5, 6 and 7th will all make great power/torque.
I would narrow it down to 4/5/6/or7 and depending on spring choice #5 might be your winner. With a lot of these cams there might be a small power advantage or torque advantage here and there but I am guessing on the track they will all be damn near equal.

For a track car, bigger is usually better, especially when you have gears. I'd go so far as to recommend something even larger:

235/240 .646/.609 110LSA +2

Not as good for a daily driver like my cam, but it will make more power and that's what you want in a track car.

Then I would go pretty large.
Pat threw out a cam that should work well.
I would consider the T rex as well. It is damn proven and still has some driveability with a good tune.

Still shouldn't have to flycut with the cam Pat suggested. Check of course, but the cam he suggested should have more P/V clearence then a T Rex and the T Rex clears...

Yes they will be fine. Patrick's suggestion is a good one for a track car. You'll need a good clutch and a new differential if youwant any decent track times.
