Default What Might Be Wrong Here?

First off, not my car. Tuned this car today and something is just not right. Here is what I know about the car. 00 SS, SLP Lid, Pacesetter Headers, TSP ORY into stock 2 3/4 I Pipe, Flowmaster 80 Series Muffler, LS1 Intake 4.10 gears, Built Tranny, Fuddle 3200 Converter, Just installed TR 230/236 .592/.602 112 LSA Cam and PP Gold Duals. That's pretty much it for mods as far as I know. The car owner did the install and is a sharp guy who knows what he's doing and has installed cams before. The car runs and drives great for that cam in an A4 car. Everything in the logs looked great. LTFTs 0 to -1, 30* timing, 0 KR. This is the first car I've seen with a Fuddle and the dyno operator who has dynoed 100s of cars said it didn't feel like it had much of a converter in it. I bolded the things I think are holding the #s down, but that much??? This is also with the converter unlocked.
