I'm running a TR230/224 in my truck with pretty much just heads. It works pretty good.

what's all done to the truck. if it's just basic bolt ons and stock untouched heads then that cam is too big, expecially for an ext cab truck. i could probably get away with it since i have a lighter truck but i'd have to upgrade to a 3600 stall.
