Default Valve size, milling-pvc

I recently put a Comp 232/236 595/601 on a 112+2 XE-R in my 02 Firehawk. I made 403hp and 386 torque. Now I want to put a set of patriot heads on it. I have been looking at used heads, some milled and some with bigger valves. ........................My question is can I run bigger valves that the stock 2.0/1.55 and also how much can ls6 heads be milled before I run into problems with pvc. I am very new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated
