Default How does this sound for a cheap rebuild?

Well, I think my engine is going to be coming out ot get rebuilt. I just installed a new set of PRC LS6 stage 1 heads and a TRex cam. I was thinking about just getting the block honed and installing a set of forged pistons and new bearings. Would it be a good idea to install new connecting rods as well? I will probably spray at least a 150 shot on this setup as well. Im going to be doing this on a very low budget. Is there anything I should get that I am missing? I would like to go 10's on motor and maybe someday run in the 9's on spray.

Use coated bearing from More Preformace Inc.
You should use a forged crank. I dont know how much the stock one withstand.
High Polish the crank if posible or cut it and use oversize bearings.
Get new cam bearings as well.
You should get new rods.
Balance your rotating mass(Dampner, crank, rods, pistons, flywheel and pressure plate/ flexplate)

stock crank has been proven well over 600 hp and 9's
so thats not the weak link in the motor, its usually the rods and pistons that go first
