in one of my old setups, my Thunder Racing Cam kit was $699 that's cam, springs, retainers, pushrods, then another $40 for the gaskets needed for a cam swap. (go with the 99+ waterpump gaskets though...reuseable)

call around or email some shops in your area for pricing. i think i asked a shop once out of curiousity and they told me $1000....i do all my own work though...that saves a lot of $$

hope that helps ya out some

We have a cam, PRC Dual spring kit and pushrods for $699.99 + shipping and the same package with Comp 918s for $599.99+ shipping. We have a cam gasket kit for $43.99 as well. We also have LS2 timing chains in stock if you want to swap it out as well as ported oil pumps. Labor will vary depending on who you talk to.

I would start with bolt-ons first like converter, headers, catback, etc.

If you can change a torque converter , you can install a camshaft . save your money and do it yourself .
