Default Cam help

I currently have a heads cam ls1. The heads are CNCed then hand ported LS6 heads and the cam is a 2002 LS6. The car has all supporting bolt-ons and a 12 bolt with 4.10 gears. With the current setup the car made 400rwhp, and 390rwtq. The new cam that I'm putting in the car is a custom grind .228, .232, .595, .610 on a 117 lsa +4, extreme ramp rates. What kind of power gain will I be looking at?

Thomas

as a side note the heads flow I 321 @ .6 and E 240 or 250 @ .6 as well

I have no idea what kind of power you will make but I will be interested to see your results on that LSA. I have also been considering a cam with a wide LSA for drivability reasons. Free bump for you...TTT

Wild guess, maybe around 20 more rwhp and 10 more rwtq.

Yeah i'll let yall know how it turns out. Before the heads were hand ported they did not flow near as well. The set-up had a cam in it before, but it was smaller and it made 435rwhp, 410rwtq. So, I'm hoping for around 450rwhp, but we will see.

No, just going to be heads cam gas for a while. Saving money to build a 408ci for the gas.
