LS7 lifters. GM parts direct $125 to your door.

(fyi its the same as LS1 lifters, it just apparently had a small revision for "LS7 high rpms" whatever that means)

Morels are rated for .695" lift. The OEM's in the low .600ish range.

is there a hyd roller lifter out there that can hold up to, say 600 pounds of open spring pressure and good to like a .650 lift or more would be even better, but i guess thats asking a lot for a hyd roller, lol.

Uh Yah!!

To the original poster, go MORELS all the way! best lifter around, takes a beating, makes power and goes .700lift!!

I have customers running as much as 190# seat pressure and 550# Open pressure on the morels in heavy BBC valve train combos for marine application. This is at sustained rpms of 5K for 20 minutes.

Just another reason to go morels! I think this lifter is one of the best auto performance designs in a long time
