I run a Comp 230-236 112 in my H/C C5. It's a great cam. With a ported FAST and 90 TB I'm doing about 460RWHP.

The difference is the lobes
one is comp TR lobes and the other is cammotion.

I run a 232/234 Comp XE-R and I'm very satisfied with driveability and power. Mine is a 370 ci though, but I had the same combo in my previous 346.
going back to your question they are very similar cams

I don't see that as much of a gain. It's all in how you want the idle to be. In your shoes, I'd look at the g5X2, TSP 233/239, and FMS F15.

If you want a good F14 setup just go lookup some post from me. I like the F14 in my car and would not choose another came. My buddy Kraest on this forum had an F15 Dart 225 setup he made 20 more hp than me but he had a fast 90/90 setup as well.
