Default Need advice on choosing LSA for DD A4???

My cam of choice is the fm 13. What I'm not sure about is either 112 or 114? It will be on a 98Z with full boltons and a vig. 3200 converter, stock cubes and stock heads. I've heard the 112 makes more power down low which is what I would prefer as I don't want to spin my stock tranny to high! I just don't want any bucking issues or anything as this will be a daily driver. Someone help me out..

I just talked to futral and they recommend the 114 for A4's and streetability, but to answer your question, yes a 112 can be used in an automatic you will just possibly see some surging. But, like most say it all depends on the tune!

a 226 or 228 would be good. both will make good power but not as much as the larger cams. i have a 226 114 for sale if interested.

Default Cam

I run a TSP Torquer V2,Vig 3200 ,A4 and it's on a 112. On stock heads it is driven daily and run on the weekends, didn't surge after it was tuned rite and is a blast to drive. My cams more like the f14 I think but with that Vig in there it will stall its *** off so you can run a 112 no trouble.
