Default Oil Filter TEST: A/C Delco UPF44 vs K&N HP 1007

Been reading post on oil filters....
Did a search & found the concensus of the UPF44 is very restrictive....
So I just picked up a K&N HP 1007 & did a little scientific test...

I blew & then sucked (hahaha) thru the center hole on the AC Delco UPF44.....
Did the same w/ the K&N, and it was MUCH LESS RESTRICTIVE & MUCH EASIER FLOWING..

Now I don't know what that means, but gonna try the K&N from here on out.. Oil pressure & the effort it takes to pump the oil have to benefit w/ the K&N... Especially on hard revving engines, guys who drag race & go WOT often....

Thoughts??

Kinda a trade-off - what you give up in flow, you usually make up in filtration, and vice versa. I personally use a K&N, and the oil analysis results are good. I get it because of the 1" nut on the bottom, actually

i aiso read that fram oil filters do not flow very well but they filter the oil pretty good.
