how come most g5x2 or g5x3 users get them on a 114lsa? is it because at the track your in the upper rpms and the 114lsa brings the power band up instead of down (like a 112lsa)???

I believe from what I have seen the lower the LSA IE 112 the rougher the idle, The higher the LSA IE 114 the smoother, I dont know much, but from what I have seen it is more just based on how much lope you want. I dont think it effects power.....I may be wrong....

With the G5X3, it's because it is very low PTV clearance on a 112. I think in fact that Lou G said that it won't have enough room for comfort. The wider LSA gives a little more room, at the cost of performance.
