Default Anyone with MS4 Cam

Do you have 2.02/1.60 valves and if so did you check PTV clearance or did you have to flycut the pistion?

Thanks

MS4 will only fit on stock sized valves unless you flycut the pistons.

I got the PRC LS6 Stage 1 Heads valves are 2.00 and 1.55. Dont know about the 2.02/1.60 valves though. I know that these heads and stockers will clear the MS4 with NO flycutting or anything. I would check it during the install just to be safe, but you should be fine.

I talk to John@texasspeed and he advised that the only head to go with is the PRC LS6 stage 1's. Anything bigger and you will have to flycut. I run it with stock heads, no problems.

doh next question,

Regarding fly cutting, I know what the end result is but was curious to how exactly this process is done.

Thanks.

I have an MS4. Of course my engine currently is a block with a crank in it so that won't help you guys much. I hope to have the long block done this weekend but we will see if that actually happens. It will be months before I get it in the Saker though so it will be a while.
