I've run it in the past and may go back to it in the future. Here are some details about my past build: http://guerragroup.com/CheaTR.htm

I have ls6 ported heads instead of AFR. I'm not as pleased as I guess I should be. The car drives like stock and has more power up top. I have 404/386rwtq but I can barely tell the difference in day to day driving. Runs hard on the highway. But then again my clutch is sticking to the floor, so I don't know what it would feel like in an all out run.

If you have headers don't get it. just get a tr224 or ms3 because the valvetrain noise through the headers will give you away.

That's a strange statement to say as the TR224 and MS3 have just as much valvetrain noise as the CheaTR. The CheaTR is worth a solid 40 rwhp if running headers. Hard to find a cam that will give you more power with stock-like street manners. Oh, and shifting at 6100 is not using the entire potential of the CheaTR as it makes strong power to 6800 rpm. I made 433rwhp with headers and closed exhaust with it.

It's probably me sticking my foot in my mouth. I think that the cam does make good power. I'm betting somewhere around 420-28 on my car if I add ported tb, underdrive pulley and remove cats. From other post and dyno graphs it appears that the tr224 and ms3 would give a more sotp difference and at least the tr224 should be easier on the springs. However, I've read most of Pat G's post and seen his list of cars and if I were you I'd go with his opinion over mine on any day.

I used Patriot 243 ported heads and CheatR cam with stock manifolds and exhaust on my 03 vette 6 speed and pulled 374rwhp and 358 rwtq. Only other mod was Blackwing Airfilter.

pulling over 400 rwhp n/a probably requires a 6speed, AFR'S and a 90/90... What about those with auto's, ls6 mani, 243 heads ported and ported T/B?

If you pay attention to SCR/DCR/quench and proper tuning you should hit 400 or pretty close.
Patrick hit in the neighborhood of 430 with headers and his other bolt-ons + AFRs.

Here is another graph I "hand" plotted comparing my LS1 dyno chart to a LS6 dynochart and My Patriot 243 ported heads and CheatR cam. Nothing much happens until after 4000 RPM but it is noticeable.
