Nice numbers indeed at the track. What are the specs of the custom carm if permissible? Did you flycut or not? Is your car an auto or 6 spd? I have the terminator heads and the MS3 cam with 90 intake/TB to be installed later. It is nice to know the terminator heads are performing at the track.

Do you think there's gunna be any power at 7400 rpm's with a 230ish hydro cam? I would think that it would be petered out by 7k.

Its not about having power, its maximizing the power available under the curve.

OK, but how is that gunna make reving the cam to 7400 more productive? If the cam peaks at 6500, holds peak a few hundred rpm's, then falls off by 68-6900 rpm's, how is pulling it to 7400 gunna be benificial? If you have to rev to 7400 to get the cam in a better spot on the rpm drop from shifts, then it seems that maybe a better camshaft selection would be in order. I'm not really all that worried about it, but more or less trying to figure out why you would want to ring a cam of that size out that far.

I was honestly thinking the trap speed would be higher then that. What did you put down with the nitrous tune without spray? If I were you, I'd get a custom tune for n/a. I bet the tuner went a conservative route and is leaving alot left on the table considering you have arguably the best heads for a 346ci LS1 and a good size cam.

What do you think the trap should be in a ~3650lb car

Does trap speed matter? No

ET wins races.

Your car is running fast for a 3650 lb car. The MPH is impressive and that is good driving for a 6 spd. Cheers

Good numbers especially for the race weight. What rockers are you going with?

Great post. Lets see, we've got 3 passes on the car, I imagine it should be dialed in by now. Thanks for the intelligent post.

The numbers are up to par. I went 11.5 but with a 123.53 mph trap (same weight)
My ET was shy due to my tranny slipping 2>3rd but mph is there.

good times Phil

I dont care if your gay Phil, parade all you want. My comment is directed towards you and not the car and you know it. Your the master tuner! You told me so in another post.
