looking for a good cam only set up for a4 z28

looking for a good cam only set up for a4 z28 like it says looking for a mid to low 10 sec set up that i can drive on the street....i know ill need headders,lid,intake manifold,throttle body,valve springs,push rods,gear, but what cam will do this and what size converter?

You will need more than a cam and converter to get you to mid to low 10's

Now as for a cam, I had the F13 and a TCI3500 with 3.73's and loved that combo. It would cut 12.0/12.1 @ 116 all day long N/A in my full weight car.
