Default f13 piston to valve - confused here

I checked my piston to valve clearance with my Futral F13 114lsa cam last night (checker springs and feeler gauges). I was a bit surprised to see I had only 0.065 on intake and a more than needed 0.130 on exhaust. My first thought was that I had the timing a tooth off but I checked that about a dozen times and conviced myself it's right.

After a bit of research it looks like I SHOULD be seeing 0.080 and 0.110 which would be perfect. Reference:

I'm running ported lq9 heads, not decked that I know of.

I know the stock F13/F14 cams are supposed to have 4 degrees of advance ground in but I assumed that was included in the 0.080 and 0.110 above. What the hell's going on?!?

I'm just curious how you came to ur numbers using feeler gauges?

This is the way I was instructed to check PTV clearance:

1.60 and 2.02. That might be something but it doesn't explain why exhaust is more than expected. I even checked two cylinders just to be sure.

Same here, except the only difference was that I used a stack of feeler gauges to measure between the end of the valve and tip of the stock (though rebuilt) rocker. Then I measured the stack with a set of calipers.
