Default Car doesnt like to start after a stall out

I have a 03 z06. It has a tsp ms3 cam in it and a tune with efi live. Sometimes, when I first start the car up after not being started for awhile.....and I pull it out of my garage and dont give it enough gas which stalls it out.....the car will not want to crank over when I try to restart it. I have to give it a little gas while turning the key to be able to get the car to start back up. Now mind you this only happens when I have not warmed the car up. When I warm the car up it doesnt like to stall. The only reason I sometimes I do not warm the car up is if I am just pulling the car out of my garage to wash it since it will not be seeing any high rpms. What do you guys think the problem here is?

How many miles? I would suggest a tune for starters.
