Default .010 too much for factory sleeves?

Just wanting some opinions on whether or not .010 off the factory sleeves would weaken them too much for 650 rwhp? According to a shop near me that is what they believe is needed to be removed to get them right? Then they say I would need to resleeve my block instead so it would be strong enough to support the 650rwhp?

On an LS1/LS6 block, .010 is the last bore you can go to before you would re-sleeve or go with a new block.
You will be just fine.
