Default LS6 - How long will it last?

I have a buddy that has an '03 Z06 w/ Heads(LS6 ported)/Cam (HPE S-cam), LTs, etc w/ a 200 wetshot on stock bottom end. Off the bottle, he made 440rwhp/397rwtq and on the bottle he made 650rwhp/7XXrwtq...How long will his motor last..?
He has about 35k miles on his car and he's already used about 8 bottles on a 100shot, then pilled it up to a 150 and sprayed a 150 shot about 4 bottles, now he's gone up to a 200 shot...

Shouldn't last long with stock pistons and 200HP nitrous shot. I think the stock bottom end is good for around 550RWHP.

Lifespan will go hand in hand with his tune when he's spraying. No matter how good of tune the stock LS1 ringlands will not last long with cylinder pressures a 200 shot make. Tell him to back it down to the 100 shot and enjoy the car. Spraying a 200 on the stock pistons is playing russian roulette.

It depends greatly on the tune and what electronic safety devices are on the car, Fuel Pressure Safety Switch, RPM Window switch, WOT switch. I personally would not be comfortable with anything more than a 125 shot in my car. My advice to your friend is to invest in forged pistons with N2O specific rings and some ARP rod bolts so he can spin it a little faster, if he has the money and is already in there just build a stroker
it does sound like a fun ride

Back to your question, the bottom end (besides pistons) should hold up decently. At some point rod bolts become an issue but supposedly the crank is totally absurd and people are using stock cranks past 700rwhp without issues. The 6 bolt mains hold the power well...your weak point will become the pistons/rings....
