My mods are in my sig, i will have a ls6 im and ud pulley installed at the same time. Iwill be geting a 2nd car so this wont be a DD, but it will be driven maby 100 miles a week, when the wheather gets nicer again.

the heads will stay stock for a long while, and i would like to shift at 6500 due to the 98's rod bolts and also the fack its got over 93K on it.

i would like it to just be a monster at low rpm yet still pull as hard as the other cams that every one raves about the cams that have a great peak number but no TQ. and i would like this also to pull as hard up to as thoes cams, 233/239, 231,237, ms3

i would make the cam intake biased so it will carry the power nice after peak hp. thats what im gonna do.

Depends with which cc chambers, stock 110+4, milled 110+2 or +1

they are stock 98 heads
what would that peak at?
and what would be a good lsa and a good icl

I'd advance it if you're gonna drive it on the street to gain some more DCR and low end.
