Gen 3 Hot Cam... What is everyones feeling about the GM Gen 3 Hot Cam?? Seems like a good deal for the Cam&Springs for $459 Does it sounds good and provide much gain??

My Brother has that cam in his 2001 SS Camaro 6 Speed, In my opinion It is a good starter cam and maked good power because my brothers car made 386 on the dyno and it sounds good. But there is better cams out there but they cost more money by the time you buy the cam and valve springs.
