car noises

car noises so every once and a while the car starts to whine really bad...
it happens just on occasion and it sounds like it is a circular noise. it isnt like a high whining but a circular noise that is almost like turning a rusted piece of metal inside of another one.
if you did that this noise is sorta like that and it goes away when i give it gas and the returns when i let off.... after a while of drive it will just go away
my car has been like this for years and i just noticed that at above 15 mph i can hear that noise but very faintly
