Default How streetable is this?

I am looking at a car with a 408 w/609-615 lift / 242/248 duration that has a 9", 4.10 gears, locker and TH400 with 3800 stall. How do you all think this would perform on the street? Do you think it is too much for a streetable car? If so, what should be done to make it streetable? Less gear?
