Advantage of an iron 408 over LS1?

Advantage of an iron 408 over LS1? I am looking into a pretty nice vehicle that is equipped with a 408 and some nitrous. On spray, it should be around 650rwhp or so and n/a 450 rwhp. Is there any benefit to having a 408 over an lsx in this situation?
