clearance with Ms3 and ls6 heads

clearance with Ms3 and ls6 heads I was wondering if anybody knows if its possible to mill the heads and raise the compression a lil and not have valve clearance issues with my heads and cam? Im thinking its pretty close as it is and would proably have to flycut. What kinda power would I gain from upin my compression, not really sure what to.
