214-230 600/575 117 LSA Blower cam??? Help The Thunder Racing 214-230 Blower cam that i am interested in is on a 117 LSA with + 1 degree = (116cl)
With 601/575 lift and the exhaust lobe on a compcams aggressive XER .
I like that the cam will idel like stock and that is has a lot of lift with extra exhause duration
But will
running this cam on a built 346LS1 with 300CFM flowing ported heads and a Procharger D1-sc twin intercooled system, will i have to reve the motor high to get power out of it because of how high a LSA (117) and short a CL (116) the cam is on? My car is a 2001 M6 SS, street car.
I was thinking on having the same cam custome grinded on a 115 LSA, + 3 or 4 degrees (112cl) to bring down the power range,
What do you think?
