Default Please Help Piston

a bolt came off my throttle body and went into the motor and chewed up the pston a little bit i dont money right now to fix will it mess anything if i put new heads on it and leave the pistons.

The problem is possible block damage or bent rod, I've seen both occur when a bolt is swallowed.

If possible could you post pictures of both the piston and head of that cylinder.
