Default need advice: cut in cylinder wall

So somehow there are 2 cuts in my #8 cylinder wall. they are about 1/3 inch long and about .010 deep. my fingernail will catch on them. Is the block now junk? the edges are not rough. I am having a really bad day.

I believe the max you can bore an LS1 aluminum block is .010. So I wouldnt call it junk. If it can be machined then you are in good shape. If not, I think you can still sleeve it.
