Default need some explanation

Alright im looking at getting heads and cam for my 2000 camaro z28 from patriot performance and i just wanted to know what some numbers mean as far as lift and duration. I know a guy who had this setup on his ss and he said that it was pretty sick.

Heads:

2033 - Assy. 2.055"/1.57"/59cc - $1,295.00 pair

We use a new GM raw 035 casting.
Precision welded combustion chambers.
Heat treated to OEM specs.
5 axis CNC machined.
Hand detailed and assembled.
21-4N Stainless Valves
Bronze Guides
Patriot Gold .650" Dual Springs
Titanium Retainers
5 Angle Valve Job
Custom chamber sizes available
No core required

Cam:

8403 - 226/226 Dur. @.050 .585"/.585" Lift 112 LSA - $279.50

You guys think that would be a good setup? What else would be needed as far as replacing/upgrading?

I have no idea what all the clearances and lift/duration stuff means , if someone could dumb it down for me i would appreciate it. Thanks for your help. - Andy
