Default 6.0 oill pan

Anyone know if a 2005 6.0 oil pan will fit a 2002 6.0? Pan will be modified to clear the steering in my 1955 Chevy, so only the fit to the block is critical.

pan will fit.
just about all pans interchange as long as you use the correct tray and pickup.
in your case the pickup and tray is the same.
good luck.

All the truck pans(5.3/6.0/4.8) are the same except the 07 classic truck pans, they have different threading for filter.
