Default PTV and compression ? with my combo

So, I'm getting things assembled for the engine in my LS1 Fox conversion. I have a 5.7 with stock bottom end and LS6 heads. I plan on running the stock GM MLS gaskets with the heads milled .010. My cam will be a Comp Cam with 216/216 at .050 and .588/.588 lift with a 114+2 LSA. So here are the questions:

1. What will be my SCR and DCR with this setup?
2. With the heads being milled .010 will I have any PTV issues?
3. Will I need to get shorter pushrods with the heads milled .010 or can I run the same 7.400 length?

Thanks for the reply Predator. Anybody know the bore size and compressed thickness of the stock GM MLS gaskets?
