It is a 232/234 .598/.598 112 or 114 LSA
it will fit with no issues. (but better check, in case cam not ground correctly, that is why it is recommended to degree the cam)

I had no problem with that cam and 243 heads with a smaller chamber.

This may be a silly question, but what about the new high lift f14? Will that fit under stock heads as well?

Yes, theyre made for stock heads. The max lift has little bearing on piston to valve clearance. Duration is a bigger factor. Remember the valves are very close to being closed anytime the cylinder is up towards the top.

The size of the durations is not the only factor determining if a certain cam fits. It has to do with VE's (of which LSA and ICL) play a role.
Also if certain aftermarket rockers are used (like Crane) it is a whole new ball game.
