Default Stock h/c swap worth it?

I am doing a H/C, water pump, oil pump, ported MAF, TB and intake upgrade on my 2002 Camaro SS M6.

I also have a 1998 C5 A4 (all stock). Would there be any benefits, other than the LS6 intake and ported MAF, in swapping parts from the SS to the C5?

Thanks

LS6 oil pump! And you may as well do a cam and underdrive pulley while you're in there.

Yeah. A tear down to the oil-pump with no cam love would be crazy.
