I got a great deal on a 6.0l block it had some scarring on one of the cylinders fro ma droppid valve. Which is fine because Im going to be getting it bored and honed anyways. What size bore do you guys think with what kind of stroke etc?

370 with stock crank or 408 with aftermarket crank.

1900 is pretty expensive, shop around man, you can get completely forged 402 shortblocks for 3k. Shop around on Summit/Jegs. But I agree with the forged 370. May as well :p

Some places are doing a 414ci. Not sure what block they use.
I say if you have the money, go big.
If not, go stock and forged. With tons of that one stuff in a tank. You know, where you push a button and everything outside the car goes blurry because you go so fast.
