Default Motor is out, got a few questions

What's the easiest way to get the flywheel and crank bolt off? ALSO, the haynes manual I have says something about marking the flywheel in relation to the crank. If I'm putting it on the new 383 LS1, do I still have to do that? And if so, mark it how? Thanks.

you'll have to put a pry bar in the teeth of the flywheel and wedge it against something to get those bolts out. As far as you putting it on the 383 crank, i wouldn't think it'd matter, but if its keyed, put it on that way.

The marking thing is just to make sure the whole assembly stays balanced. If you are assembling a new motor (and getting it balanced) you don't have to mark. I would think about getting your new flywheel and clutch balanced together though.
