Default What ring gap size and rod bearing clearence?

I was wondering what ring gap size and what rod bearing clearences I should run on stock pistons / rods / crank / bore? I'm running a T-Rex with some stage 1 PRC ls6 heads, and plan on spraying a 150-200 wet shot.

I'd go with somewhere around .024" on the top ring, and .015" on the bottom. Your piston manufacturer would have a better idea though. For the rod bearings. I think around .018" +- .005" is acceptable.

local engine builder told me that on their bigger nitrous apps, as opposed to no nitrous apps, they allow around 3 thousandths more ring gap up top....

Whoever you buy the pistons from should reccomend your gaps. My Mahle pistons required the second compression ring to be wider than the top it all depends on the pistons. The max clearance you would want on the crank would be .0025.
