Those are incredible numbers for what amounts to cam, long-tube headers, a lid, and a pulley. What are the G5 cam specs?

Also, this is another data point for the Hooker longtubes. Pretty good one by the looks.

the cam specs are pretty aggressive and I am not sure .... but it is a 112 lsa... and a split pattern design..

LG's number is 972-272-7753 and they can give the details on the specs

yeah on the headers too.....they BREATH !!!!!!!

Nice work RAT boy!! Let us know how that converter works too. BTW, is it a Stealth Thruster 3200 (278mm) or a Super Thruster 3200 (245mm)? I'm curious to see how you like it after our long email exchange.

Those rwhp numbers ROCK too!

All I can say is DAMN! The car wreaked of stockness when I met you to pick up my Zaino; now it's knocking on the door of 400 RWHP w/ stock heads! This makes me wonder even more about the flow of the stock '02 heads. I might have to do a cam only 1st, as well, to see what I end up with.
PLEASE tell me that you're taking it to the Motorplex on Saturday!

Congrats on the numbers Tony, that is sweet!

Hey, when you see Lou or Louis, ask them when they are going to send me a sponsor banner. Louis said he was ready to become a sponsor here and was going to send out the banner and I never heard from him again.

But, their suspension components work great!

Lou Gigliotti Sr Here.

Hope you are happy Tony. those numbers are truly great, and no BS involved here.

Some of these LS1 Tech members don't get on the Corvette Forum, but I want to let you all know that on a 2000 C5 with our G5 Cam, LG Motorsports, Stage 2 Heads and LG Longtubes, we got;

436rwhp and 423rwtq,

Through the Corsa mufflers!

The owner of the C5 went to another shops Dyno Day , to verify the numbers, and got 434rwhp on an independent dyno.
Plus we did 2 other Z06s last week with over 430rwhp.

This cam is awsome.

The cam specs are confidential, but it is a split duration with over 225 duration, and over 570 lift on a 112 LC. Sorry to be so secret but we have worked hard on this cam, and we would rather not make it easy for some of the other shops to copy it just yet.

Hope you understand, and we look forward to installing this cam on many car to come.

Give us a call.

Thanks,

Lou Gigliotti, LG Motorsports

I have been in and out of the shop for the past 2 weeks, working on a new house.

Is this cam compatible with a dynometer emissions test? Thats what we have here in Ohio.
Hydrocarbons (HC): ~72ppm (parts per million)
Carbon Monoxide (CO): ~.40%

If the vehicle is a manual transmission the standards will be slightly higher.
My car need to pass these requirements. Will this cam pass?

What rpm were the torque and horsepower peaks made?? That is impressive lift for stock heads!
Awesome. I wonder if I should try that cam one day with my home worked heads?? Which springs are you using?? Think the springs will need changing often??
Damn those are some nice numbers .
