How much to mill stock 243s?

How much to mill stock 243s? I want to put stock 243s on and want to mill to boost low-end, how much should I go? My pistons are flycut .090 and I have a 236/236cam.

From what I have read, .030 should put LS6 heads at 59 ccs. .040 should put LS6 heads at 57.5 ccs. I have -4cc Mahle forged pistons, so I should have plenty of clearance. I'm planning on milling .040 off to get my DCR in the 8.6 range.
