Default PTV clearance help

Trying to figure out if I'll be ok.

Cam:
Intake lift @ TDC - .129"
Exhaust lift @ TDC - .096"

235/239-600/580-113+4 cam

Pistons are diamond p/n 11576, valve reliefs are .165" intake and .107" exhaust.

I am using a .04" thickness head gasket. Heads are TSP stage 2.5 LS6 heads, and were "cleaned up", not milled, probably .003-.004. Block was decked about .010". Piston is about .010" out of the hole at TDC. Am I going to have problems? Intake looks ok, but I think I might be cutting it too close on exhaust.....not sure though.

2.04 intake valve and 1.575 exhaust.
