Default MS4 , vavle springs and fuel pump + 150 shoot

hey , i bought MS4 but i am puzzled between PAC springs 650 lift and patriot gold springs what of those two springs is better ? and i am planning for 150 spray i will buy 42 injectors , do i need fuel pump or not necessary

i had svo 42lbers in mine and had a 150 shot but are you going wet or dry.... i also bought the spring kit from texas-speed that they reccomend with the cam.. and u will need a fuel pump mine is the walbro in tank 255

wet with tnt f1 , how about yours wet or dry ? what valve springs is yours ? i ordered from LS1SPEED gold springs and they said they will ship in 1 week , is the fuel pump is necessary or not

I have the Patriot Dual golds. I like them because they come with Super 7 locks which are twice the size of the PRC locks.

might not need the fuel pump, but most likely you will. So might as well get it done and outta the way. I needed a fuel pump with much less cam than the MS4...

We use the PRC platinum spring kits with the MS4 combos that ship from this shop. You have to be pretty careful picking a spring kit because not every spring kit is the same. We build the PRC retainers & seats in the U.S. While that doesn't sound important, it really is. A lot of the imported seats being used by other manufacturers have varied by .030"+ on install height from one valve job to another!!

This could really cause a huge problem when your trying to run a cam near the max useable lift of a valve spring.

Im not sure if you ever stated if you are m6 or a4? with a spring only rated at a .650 lift and with the info Jason just provided you will be pushing that spring to the max. I hope that if you are manual you never mechanically over rev and if you are auto your shift points are set to the T. I would go with the PRC kit since it seems to be the most commonly used with the ms4 combos. I personally run the PRC kit while it may be a little pricey, it cost much less than a spun rod bearing or other problems like a spring failing and ptv slap.

Oh and Jason your car has some sick dyno number's especially from a mustang dyno, that thing has to be a lot of fun
