Default ls6 heads and cam question

im thinking of putting 2002 ls6 243 heads with duel valvesprings and titanium retainers and a 2002 ls6 cam in my 2000 T.A. i was wondering wether i would need to use the 7.450 pushrods or should i use the 7.400 pushrods, or if anyone knows of a better lenght to use please post up. Help a guy out

Thanks
Eric

that'll depend on a few things...

You can use 7.425 or 7.450 for less noise. 7.400 has been done before but with those heavy duals, it will be noisier.
I would use 7.425s

hey sorry to hijack.. im running 243s with dual springs & 7.400 hardened push rods. my cam is a TSP T2 232/234 .595/.598 112.. ive been noticing more valvetrain noise, but so far the motor has been running stronger then ever. is there going to be a difference in running a longer push rod like a 7.425-50??

Im trying to keep the car as quiet as possible being that it's a going to be a sleeper project how much noiser do you think it would be with a 7.425 opposed to the 7.450? and what would be the advantage of going with the 7.425 over the 7.450?
