Heads? Newb Sorry

I have the opertunity (sp?) to buy a set of 98 heads that flow 300 ish for my 98 stock block C/O car. My ? is these heads are milled .030 will they work with my ms3 cam w/o flycutting the pistons?

Make sure to ask for a flow sheet when buying any ported head. Since these heads are milled .030", PTV will be close especially if they have over sized valves.
