Default PRC heads and Torquer V3 camshaft

I'm planning on upgrading my heads and cam, and i have found the setup i would like to have, but i am no expert and i need some advice from all of you gurus on the forum. I'm looking at a set of PRC heads 220cc 5.3L stage 2.5 CNC ported heads, and a Torquer V3 Camshaft 231/243 .643"/ .598" 112 LSA. My car has all the bolt-ons. Now my question is will this setup work as far a pvc goes? is there anything else that i need to take into consideration about this setup? i'm going to install a LS2 timing chain along with a ported and shimmed oil pump, 7.400" hardened pushrods, and dual coil valves springs. Hopefully you guys can chime in and help me out on this matter. all opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I would run at least 7.425 p-rods (unmilled H with stock gasket)

Personaly, I would consider flycutting, running a thinner gasket with a little mill to optimize setup.

Or

Running LS2 243s with a 111LSA (race finish with duals, stage 1)

I cant help you with the heads, however, I will vouch for the T3.

I have the T3, PRC dual springs, TSP hardened PR's, and ported LS6 pump. I installed the cam dot to dot. It drove well with the stock tune. She fired right up and settles on a 800+ rpm idle.

I think that you have speced out a nice combo. Give TSP a call and see what they have to say about how to set those heads up and then factor in Predators feedback.

I agree with Predator on the length of the PR's. I am running 7.4's and get a bit of that "sewing machine" sound.

My cam only numbers (with graph) are buried in the dyno forum. Just to a search using my user name.
