Default ls6 head people needed

i notices lets say tea 1.5 ls6 vs livernois stage 2 theres like 20 cfm on the exhaust side being tea on top. is there a big diffrence in that or is it needed or what?

It all depends on how far it takes the TEA to outshine the Livernois heads. Say if they are dead even or very close up to .600 lift then the TEA spikes higher at .625-.650 lift the only way to use it is to run a very high lift cam. Then your answer would be that it is unuseable if your not willing to go higher on the cam lift.

If the TEA takes off at .550 lift and starts to pull away from the livernois heads then yes the power potential would be greater with the TEA. It all goes with the right cam to work properly. You also have to realize that the flow numbers were done at intirely different flow machines,unless someone has done both sets on the same flow bench. So flow bench racing can play tricks on you when coming down to buying heads so i would search each heads through the post and then make a decision on which way you want to go.

i think tea may use a test pipe when they flow the exhaust port.tea does awesome work so you will have some good flowing heads when you get them back.
