Default Best cam for LS1

What cam do you guys recommend. I was thinking mti B1 cam. Which cam has proven best results ARE,MTI,G2 etc.?

cant really go wrong too much.
it depends on what your wanting to do with the car.

Next week i am putting in an MMS 218 with Comp 918 springs and ASP pulleys. I have heard good things about the MMS 218. I will let you guys know what i think and hopefully i can get it on the dyno soon <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

It all depends on what you want. Stock heads? You can't go wrong with any of the MTI cams. THe B1, T1, and C1 all kick ***. But if you want a little more bite, go with the TR 224. The G5 cam has even more bite, but is touchier about tuning and the likes.

Yes I have stock heads. I want somehting around the 3300 powerband since im running the st3500.Something to work in conjunction in the future with stage 2 mti heads. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Man do a search on "Cams". There is a wealth of information on this board.

Find a car that has your target level of performance and emulate that cars parts. This will not guarantee you his level of performance, but it will "get you in the ball park."

Best thing I can suggest is to do a lot of reading and educate your self.
