Head/cam PTV question for the guru's .. Okay , My cam thats in the car is a comp 232/238 .574/.586 and on a 112+4
Okay with that out of the way, ive recently had a chance to buy some Ported 5.3 heads,.. Am i pushing it running these heads without any milling ..Can i just run a slightly thicker head gasket. ?
I dont want to destroy my motor 3-4 months later down the road from adding heads.
Any input is appreciated...

If ported those heads have bigger valves, which reduces PTV. Your problem will be on exhaust valve
