Head Bolts Please Help
I just torqued the cylinder head bolts to my brand new heads,but didn't do them correctly and i was wondering if i could loosen them up again and retorque them? The bolts are new and i did not put coolant or start the car. Or do i have to buy new ones again? PLEASE HELP!!!!

GM bolts? or ARP's? personally id junk them and get new ones i think a bolt set was like 50 bux iirc. its a pain in the *** but its not something id rechance.
have they been angle stretched already? if so i would deffinately toss them.

Take them off and replace them one at a time, that way almost all of it stays torqued down at all times, thus keeping the gasket in shape and not leaking and water out at all.
