Default Car doesnt want to idle

Hey guys, I've had the GM Hotcam in my car for around 4 years. Idles fine with no tuning. Car runs strong. Today when I got in I started it and it wasnt wanting to idle. It would surge a little but stay around 400 rpms. It usually idles right at 1k no problems. I had to keep hitting the gas at stoplights to keep the car running.

When I got to work it died. I started it up and it idled right at 1k. I gave it some gas while it was parked and it surged and died. Any ideas? I'm hoping it is just spark plugs. I changed the plugs when I did the cam install and would say I've got around 30k miles on the car since the cam swap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a code? check opereation on idle air control they usually go bad and cause this, and also check for false air(vacuum leak) on the intake side.
